Summary: Overall the trip was good but the first day we tipped the housecleaning crew and the second day they didn't even bother to clean our room or change the towells.

Summary: One of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen hands down. Super comfortable beds.i don't know if this place is new but it's in brand new condition. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and the breakfast room was great also. I have been traveling on the road for work the last 8 years and this place is the Cadillac of everywhere I've been.

Summary: Arrived at 15:30 and was at first told my room was not ready. After complaining I was provided a room on the first floor. The room was next to the pool room and was noisy with kids playing in the pool. As far as other reviews. Air was working great in the room as it was a hot day. The carpet in the halls is dingy and needs replaced. I would stay again for an overnight stop over. I only stayed because my flight got rebooked.

Summary: I was disappointed that the coffee maker as well as the table lamp in our room did not work, even though they were plugged in. There was only one light bulb in the lamp. There was no soap/body wash in the bathroom, so we had to was our hands, faces and bodies in the shower with shampoo. The management is failing to inspect whether all the amenities promised to guests are being made available.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel in the past - including up to 20 years ago. We always enjoyed staying here every time in the past, so we booked it again. The quality of this hotel has not gone down AT ALL in all these years. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. The condition of the entire property is EXCELLENT! Keep it going! We stay in a lot of hotels and this one ranks at the top. Also very reasonable cost. Jim Kent 780-717-2655

Summary: The lady at the desk was obviously not happy to see any of the guests that checked in. She said two words and it seemed to cause her physical discomfort. Never smiled… never asked any questions… basically the state of customer service in today’s day and age. The room was decent but there were two used bars of soap in the shower so the state of cleanliness is doubtful. There was what I happened was a wine stain on the carpet… but honestly I think just was blood. The AC in the room didn’t work at all (fan only) and the room was uncomfortably warm. I would never recommend anyone I know stay there… at least anyone I cared about.
